Join together with others in the SAYVA community to create an art piece and socialize. Every participant will create a unique clay bowl and spoon set to use for a holiday (think apples and honey, salt water for Passover, relish for Thanksgiving) or a gift (think Mother's Day or Father's Day or a birthday). 

Bring friends.  Meet new friends. Get your hands dirty. Eat. Drink. Have fun! 

Facilitator: Judy Hendlish has been teaching art and Judaic studies and integrating the two for many years at local Jewish Day schools.  At VBS, she designed the curriculum and taught at the Fine Arts Academy for the ECLC. She got her undergraduate degree at University of the Arts in Philadelphia and her degree in teaching at Hebrew Union College through their DeLeT Fellowship program.
